So they call me the Boss but we are just one team and I really mean that. This small but growing company has some very simple moral standards that we all follow and the fundamental reason we are progressing so quickly.
A bit about me
Well after not having any direction after finishing school my mother kindly organised an interview for the Royal Navy. Luckily I was successful in my application and begun my dazed drunken career as an operator mechanic specialising in above water warfare. As I found the work becoming less frequent as my focus was more inline with the next run ashore, I decided to leave what was one of the best times of my life and gain the qualifications I overlooked in my childhood.
After studying multimedia Computing at University I soon gained a passion for marketing and eventually set up a small company working for some prestigious brands such as: Auto Trader, Henley's Clothing, Clogay Gold. But after a random call from my dad "a bodyguard and ex Royal Marine" I was offered a job as an Anti Piracy Bodyguard for ships sailing via Somalia. As strange as it sounds I left the company behind and jumped at the chance. When returning home I joined the British Army Reserves and never looked back.
The military and innovation are passions of mine that go hand in hand and flow through the workings of Q3M.
